Our Return PolicyIn order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions: 

• The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date 

• The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition

• The items must not be damaged and be in re-sellable condition 

• The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging 


Please note that all Pre-order items are only eligible for refund in form of STORE CREDIT only. 

Dyus K reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion. Upon dispute, the returns/exchange decisions by Dyus K will be final

How to Initiate a Return or exchange

You need a case number for processing the return/ exchange procedure.To request a case number simply email us at, including your order no and the return reason. For exchange, please state the size that you wish to exchange. Acknowledgement of receipt will be sent electronically following the evaluation process, stating the outcome and whether the item is eligible for exchange, refund or credit. 


Once we receive your package, we will evaluate the products before proceeding with exchanging or refunding your order. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account. 

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable. 

Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return. 

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item 

If you believe there is a fault with an item you have received, please contact us soon as you discover the issue to start the returns/exchange procedure and we will do our best to resolve the problem. A replacement will be sent where the item is still available. Under these circumstances, the shipping cost of the replacement where items are missing, or the return shipment where an incorrect or faulty item has been received will be covered by
